We are looking for a Senior Art Director, Creative Development proficient in Spanish with experience art directing TV spots for Hispanic audiences. You will join a creative team dedicated to one of our recent AOR client wins, a national home improvement and hardware retailer.

You are skilled in concepting TV spots that speak to the Hispanic cultural experience and know how to cast culturally appropriate talent for productions. You’re experienced at art directing social media and activations for multicultural audiences, with specific emphasis on the Hispanic market and an ability to art direct advertising that is meaningful to the target market. Reporting to the Group Creative Director, Creative Development, you'll join a team of creatives and be paired with a Senior Copywriter.

  • You'll partner with three in-house Creative Direction teams to create captivating TV for marketing campaigns across all channels that resonate authentically with the Spanish speaking market. 
  • You'll stay informed about cultural trends, linguistic nuances, and preferences within the Spanish speaking market, and ensure accurate representation. 
  • You'll modify tone and approach of concepts to adjust to nuances of the Hispanic market, maintaining sensitivity and inclusivity. 
  • You'll help develop the brand voice, ensuring consistency and authenticity. 
  • Manage the daily progress of a project from start to finish 

Qualifications: 

  • 4+ years of experience as an art director with a specific focus on the Spanish-speaking Hispanic market in an agency or marketing environment 
  • Bachelor’s degree in art direction, design, or a related field 
  • Online portfolio showcasing campaigns targeting Spanish-speaking Hispanic audiences 
  • Cultural fluency and a demonstrated understanding of the Hispanic market's linguistic and cultural nuances 

The annual salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
