Key Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional diploma).
● 2 + years of hands-on production experience.
● A portfolio demonstrating high-fidelity BIM models and polished presentation boards.
Required Competencies
● Revit: family creation, view templates, work-sharing, and detailed annotation.
● Rhino 7+: precision modeling, layer discipline, export workflows.
● AutoCAD: clean 2D drafting and file translation for consultants.
● Adobe Creative Cloud: ○ Photoshop – post-process renderings, texture editing. ○ Illustrator – vector line-work, diagramming.
○ InDesign – multi-page layout, master pages.
● Google Gemini: database integration
● English communication: clear written and spoken skills for asynchronous collaboration.
● Self-management: ability to set realistic micro-deadlines, flag risks early, and deliver without daily hand-holding.
Bonus Skills
● Grasshopper scripting for parametric studies and daylight/energy analysis.
● Familiarity with AI image and text tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, etc.) and interest in experimenting with new
releases.
● Basic understanding of real-estate pro-formas and zoning.
● Experience preparing drawings for US or EU building codes.
Role Description:
%Time | Responsibility
• 40 % BIM & 3D Modeling – Develop, refine, and maintain detailed Revit and Rhino/Grasshopper models (massing,
façade systems, interior fit-outs, parametric studies).
• 25 % 2D Documentation – Produce and revise drawings (plans, sections, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, schedules)
to schematic- and design-development-level accuracy; prepare shop-drawing-style packages for Architects of Record.
• 10 % Graphic & Deck Support – Generate base imagery, diagrams, and exploded axonometrics; retouch renderings in
Photoshop; assemble presentation pages in InDesign and Illustrator.
• 10 % Meeting & Workflow Coordination – Join virtual design and stakeholder meetings, capture clear action-oriented
notes, log decisions, and track tasks.
• 10 % File + Data Management – Curate an organized digital project library (naming conventions, version control) and
structure datasets for ingestion by LLMs (e.g., Google Gemini, private RAG pipelines).
• 5 % R&D + Tool Scouting – Monitor emerging AI/computation tools, produce short briefs on relevance, and beta-test
plug-ins or APIs that could streamline design or documentation.
