Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordination efforts, ensuring input/output from all stakeholders aligns with project goals.
- Review designs for compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor team output to maintain overall project timeline.
- Participate in business development and client engagement.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site analysis, and pre-design work.
- Develop conceptual and detailed designs in line with client briefs, budgets, and codes.
- Manage documentation, tender preparation, and specification drafts.
- Support construction-phase efforts: site matters, design resolution, project handover.
- Liaise with technical officers and consultants to develop construction drawings.
- Handle project administration and contract documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (BArch or MArch) from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in 3D modelling and design software, including:
- Rhino / Grasshopper
- SketchUp
- Revit (BIM)
- Enscape / Lumion
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of local planning and building codes.
- Creative, analytical, and organized with solid time management skills.
- Strong aesthetic judgment and holistic design approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and meet tight deadlines.
