Role Summary
Plans, designs, develops and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based or internet-related tools.Key Responsibilities
• 5 - 10 years of experience in developing C/C++ for Embedded Processor systems including architecture, design, coding, testing and support.
• Extensive experiences in Multi-threaded and multi-processor system development with high-performance low-latency embedded development on X86_64 processors.
• Proficiency in Intel DPDK, VPP and must have hands-on industry experience.
• Proficiency in Unix shell scripting as well as higher level scripting languages (Python).
• Proficiency operating in Linux-based Operating Systems such as CENTOS, RHEL etc.
• Proficiency with embedded multi-core processors with real time, embedded, multithreaded applications.
• Knowledge of x86_64 processor architecture and techniques to profile / improve performance on x86_64 systems.
• Knowledge on Virtualization and Network Functions Virtualization (NFV), Kubernetes(K8s) container orchestration system.
• Proficiency in IKEv2 (Internet Key Exchange version 2), IPsec(ESP : Encapsulating Security Payload) encryption protocol and EAP-AKA authentication.
• Experience in Telecom domain especially wireless telecommunications is highly required.
