Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect with a focus on site supervision to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will lead Architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
- Develop innovative and functional Architectural concepts for residential and commercial projects
- Oversee on-site implementation of design plans, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any challenges
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and present design solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable practices, and new materials
- Bachelor's degree in architectural or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Architectural Building Works, with a focus on site supervision
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UAE, Consultant side.
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations, particularly in Dubai
- Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience in sustainable design practices
- BIM Knowledge and using
- Willingness to work on-site in various locations across Dubai
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
