Lead hospitality architecture projects from concept through completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, owners, operators, consultants, contractors, authorities, and brand representatives. Develop design options, drawings, and models while resolving technical and design challenges, maintaining quality and buildability, and applying hospitality standards. The role requires extensive hotel, resort, and mixed-use project experience, international project exposure, architectural qualification, fluency in English and Spanish, and proficiency in Rhino, Revit, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Join us on our mission, if you are a Senior Architect who has:
- Extensive experience with hospitality projects, from concept design to completion.
- Deep understanding of architectural and technical aspects specific to hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments.
- Experience working with with operator's standards.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, consultants, and contractors, ensuring design intent, quality, and buildability.
- Proven ability to resolve design and technical challenges creatively and efficiently.
- Previous experience working on international hospitality projects (Middle East experience is a plus).
- Solid knowledge of materials, interior finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment requirements.
- Experience managing project coordination with owners, operators, brand representatives, authorities, approving bodies, and sub-consultants throughout all project phases.
- Ability to develop design options in collaboration with the design and technical teams.
- Ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and models throughout different project stages.
- Strong proficiency in Rhino, Revit, Vray and Adobe Suite.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in response to direction from project leaders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working.
Required skills and experience:
- Professional qualification as an Architect or an equivalent overseas qualification.
- + 10 years post qualification experience as an Architect.
- Proven experience delivering complex hospitality projects.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish - spoken and written.
- International project experience (Middle East is a plus)
