Job Description

Enterprise Architecture & Strategy

• In partnership with the Head of End User Engineering, define and own the global EUC architecture roadmap, including endpoint management, device lifecycle, virtualization, and mobility strategies.
• Establish enterprise standards, patterns, and blueprints that ensure global consistency while accommodating regional needs.
• Align EUC strategies with business objectives, security mandates, and digital transformation initiatives.

Engineering & Global Implementation

• Lead the design and deployment of enterprise-wide platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, JAMF and global MDM solutions.
• Ensure architecture is secure-by-design, scalable to tens of thousands of endpoints, and compliant with regional regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, APAC data residency laws, etc.).
• Oversee multi-region rollouts, migration programs, and global platform upgrades with minimal disruption.

Governance & Compliance

• Define global endpoint security baselines and configuration policies aligned with SS&C Global Security principles.
• Partner with InfoSec and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks and audit readiness.
• Maintain centralized visibility and control over endpoint posture, compliance, and patch management across all geographies.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor engineering teams globally to uplift skills, improve solution design quality, and foster innovation.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships for EUC technologies, ensuring value delivery and roadmap alignment.

Operational Excellence

• Implement automation, self-service, and proactive monitoring to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead global incident response and major problem investigations for EUC platforms.
• Establish and track KPIs for device uptime, compliance rates, and user satisfaction.

What You Will Bring: 

• 10+ years of experience in End User Computing, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture role in a global enterprise environment (>20,000 endpoints).
• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Solutions (Intune, SCCM, MDT), JAMF, Autopilot, Azure AD, Windows 365, and related platforms.
• Proven experience with virtualization technologies in multi-region deployments.
• Strong understanding of global compliance and regulatory requirements impacting endpoint solutions.
• Ability to design architectures that support multiple operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) and device types.

Preferred:

• Demonstrated success in leading global technology transformations and large-scale migrations.
• Proficiency in automation/scripting (PowerShell, Graph API, Terraform for EUC infrastructure).
• Experience managing multi-vendor, global technology ecosystems.
