Atlassian is looking for an experienced analyst relations practitioner with a deep understanding of the industry analyst landscape and strong relationships with DevOps and AI analyst influencers. You will join the Atlassian analyst relations program to drive execution of the company's analyst program covering Atlassian's AI Software Delivery solutions. You'll be responsible for translating our AI innovation into compelling analyst narratives, influencing key research that drives buyer decisions, and ensuring Atlassian maintains leadership positioning in the markets that matter most to our growth.
You'll be part of a global communications team, reporting to the Head of Analyst Relations and partnering with communications, marketing, product and corporate teams across the business
In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key analysts at Gartner, Forrester, IDC and other firms, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, briefings, and executive engagement
- Drive favorable positioning in critical analyst evaluations (Magic Quadrants, Waves, MarketScapes) by coordinating cross-functional responses to RFIs, surveys, and research cycles
- Enable internal teams with actionable market intelligence by translating analyst insights into competitive analyses, research summaries and data-based recommendations for product & marketing
- Advise Marketing and Product teams on how to leverage analyst research in campaigns, competitive positioning, and market strategy for developer tooling and AI/SDLC categories
- Advance Atlassian's analyst relations craft by exploring new analyst relationships, experimenting with engagement formats, and driving AI-powered workflows to increase program efficiency
Qualifications
Your background:
- 3-5 years of Analyst Relations experience with a SaaS provider (as a dedicated role OR as part of a Product Marketing, Communications or similar role)
- Understanding of the industry analyst landscape and experience withsoftware engineering & developer-focused analysts
- A proven ability to drive a strategic Analyst Relations program and partner with key stakeholders across the organization to deliver results

In The United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $151,200 - $197,400
Zone B: $136,080 - $177,660
Zone C: $125,496 - $163,842
