This role supports the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing administration of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain applications and RFSmart warehouse solutions. The individual will partner closely with Supply Chain business teams, vendors, and IT stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency, standardize processes, and support organizational growth.

- PAR Counting
- Cycle Counting
- PAR Synchronization
- Receiving

- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, business partners, vendors, contractors, and IT teams to design, implement, and maintain enterprise solutions.
- Gather business requirements, analyze processes, and design functional solutions for enhancements and new capabilities.
- Lead Change Requests (CRs) from requirements through design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Support acquisitions, growth initiatives, and modernization efforts by aligning business processes with enterprise solution standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions.
- Configure and test application changes, including enterprise configurations, flexfields, Supply Chain Management, Master Data Management, and Supply Chain Planning functionality.
- Develop design specifications, test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts; support and guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot application, system, and data issues, working with internal teams and vendors to resolve incidents and implement improvements.
- Lead or participate in small to medium-sized projects, including planning, estimating, status reporting, risk management, and execution.
- Manage system upgrades, releases, and post-deployment support activities.
- Perform complex business and systems analysis to identify operational improvements and provide recommendations to management.
- Coordinate with teams responsible for integrations, file transfers, reporting, databases, security, and other enterprise services.
- Develop and maintain application standards, governance processes, disaster recovery plans, and operational support procedures.
- Mentor junior analysts and share knowledge, best practices, and technical expertise across the team.
- Communicate effectively with business and IT stakeholders and support strategic decision-making through analysis and recommendations.
- Participate in rotational on-call support and occasional travel (up to 10%).

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce Or Combination of education and relevant experience (at least 5 years of functional experience).
- 5 years of Application design, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more of the following large scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems - Oracle Cloudsuite, Oracle EBS/EPM (Hyperion, etc.) Applications, PeopleSoft, Workday.
- 2 years of Demonstrated ability to successfully execute medium to complex projects; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems.

- Master's Degree in Information Services, Business Administration, Accounting, Commerce, CPA, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, HCM.
- Upon hire: Certified in Production and Inventory Management, Certified Public Accountant, Human Resources Global Professional, or Project Management Professional
- Upon hire: Oracle Certified Professional (for relevant FIN, SC, applications)
- 5 years of Experience with implementation or support of Oracle Cloud Suite (Supply Chain and/or Finance) is highly desired.
- 5 years of Experience with large scale business transformation and ERP system implementation projects with scope spanning multiple regions and/or geographies and business process areas.
