We are currently seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer who will be responsible for:
What we’ll get you doing:

- Technical application and solution support: Responsible for application development of GC/IC products, providing customers with in-depth pre-sales and after-sales application support, including experimental protocol design, development and optimization of analytical methods, etc. Able to establish deep cooperative relationships with standard manufacturers and facilitate the establishment of certain standards.

- Customer Training and Empowerment: providing customers with application training for GC/IC products and can solve high-difficulty technical problems encountered during actual experiments.

- Product feedback: Collect, analyze, and provide feedback on key application needs, product defects, and competitor information from the market and customers, providing strong on-site evidence for product improvement and new product development.
The essential requirements of the role include:
- 具有相关专业硕士毕业5年以上，有知名仪器厂商GC相关经验者优先；
- Have a Master's degree in relevant majors for more than 5 years, and experience with GC from well-known instrument manufacturers are preferred.
- 熟悉各家气相GC的使用及维护，有质谱经验者更佳；具备扎实的样品前处理及色谱分离知识。
- Familiar with the use and maintenance of various GC companies, and experience in mass spectrometry is preferred; Possesses solid knowledge of sample pretreatment and chromatographic separation.

- Good at customer communication skills.
