Application Support Analyst, Supply Chain Systems (US - Remote), Multiple Openings

About the Role:
Applied Value Technologies is looking for a Supply Chain Systems - Application Support Analyst to join our Fulfillment team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting mission-critical applications for our internal customers, ensuring exceptional technical support, customer service, and timely issue resolution. As part of our Application Support organization, you'll need a versatile skill set to manage a broad range of applications within our client's Commerce Engineering products. Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion SCM with an emphasis on the OTM module.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OTM configurations, workflows, and integrations.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Manage and resolve service requests, incidents, and problems within SLAs.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and configure the OTM module to meet business needs.
- Optimize existing OTM configurations and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement and support system enhancements, including patches, upgrades, and new features.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Fusion SCM, OTM, and other enterprise systems.
- Support data migration, data integrity checks, and data reconciliation activities.
- Develop and execute test plans for OTM-related enhancements and integrations.
- Liaise with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Work with Oracle support and other third-party vendors to resolve complex issues.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams, contributing expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM and OTM.
Your Expertise:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supporting Oracle Fusion SCM with a focus on the OTM module.
- Proven track record of managing and troubleshooting OTM configurations, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience with other Oracle Fusion SCM modules is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM, specifically the OTM module.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other Oracle development tools
- Familiarity with EDI, XML, and other data exchange formats.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion cloud architecture and security best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Certified Specialist in OTM or Oracle Fusion SCM.
- Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.
- Prior experience in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
