Working in the Sky Suite - Airline Network Planning Platform organization, you'll be part of a global team operating across Americas, EMEA, and APAC time zones.
Summary of the role:Amadeus is seeking an Application Site Reliability Engineer to own deployment pipelines and application operations for a global .NET SaaS platform. This role requires strong understanding of .NET application architecture to effectively troubleshoot, deploy, and support enterprise C# applications. Focus areas include CI/CD automation, release orchestration, .NET application debugging, and ensuring reliable software delivery across multiple customer environments.
In this role you’ll:- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (build, test, deploy automation)
- Manage release orchestration for .NET/C# services across environments
- Configure and operate Octopus Deploy for application deployments
- Implement blue/green and canary deployment strategies
- Manage MSBuild configurations and NuGet package dependencies
- Debug and troubleshoot .NET applications using logs, stack traces, and profiling tools
- Read and understand C# code to diagnose production issues
- Collaborate with development teams on application architecture and deployment patterns
- Manage IIS application pools, service configurations, and health monitoring
- Configure .NET runtime settings (appsettings, environment variables, connection strings)
- 4+ years as SRE, DevOps Engineer, or Release Engineer
- 3+ years working with .NET/C# applications (development or operations)
- 3+ years CI/CD pipeline experience
- Strong Windows Server and IIS administration experience
- C# code reading and comprehension
- .NET application architecture patterns, debugging and profiling tools
- .NET stack traces, exception handling, and logging
- Release orchestration tools (Octopus Deploy, Jenkins, etc.)
- GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions knowledge
- MSBuild, NuGet package management
- Blue/green and canary deployment strategies
