What you will be doing:
- Provide L3 support for business-critical applications
- Manage incidents, releases, changes, and application testing activities
- Take ownership of a core application or business platform
- Drive platform improvements, integrations, and enhancement initiatives
- Support and maintain enterprise environments, including Microsoft-based solutions and business applications
- Collaborate with development teams, business stakeholders, and project teams
- Participate in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge materials
- Share knowledge and provide support to internal teams and end users
Requirements
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Fluent English communication skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Application Support, Application Engineering, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft enterprise environments
- Strong SQL knowledge, including query writing and troubleshooting
- Experience with technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics, BizTalk, and PowerShell is an advantage
- Understanding of Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and ITIL methodologies
- Familiarity with modern software delivery practices, including CI/CD, Cloud Native, and Microservices architectures
- Experience working in multicultural and international environments
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
