We are seeking a Senior Application Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll work closely with clients to successfully implement Engageware’s Appointment Scheduling solution. You will be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, helping configure and deliver tailored implementations across banking, wealth management, and enterprise clients.
This is a cross-functional role that blends technical expertise, project management, and customer success – ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Customer Engagement
- Lead customer onboarding and configuration projects for Engageware’s Appointment Scheduler
- Translate business requirements into technical and functional designs
- Drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing timelines, deliverables, and expectations
- Conduct solution overviews and demos using real customer data (MVPs)
- Provide project status updates and coordinate issue resolution
Technical Configuration & Integration
- Customize solutions using Appointment Scheduler’s administrative interface and tools such as HTML, XML/XSL, JavaScript, Python, SQL
- Map and import client data into Appointment Scheduler using CSV or XML files
- Configure integrations with systems like Microsoft Exchange, Google Workspace, Salesforce, SSO, and conferencing tools
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs for advanced configuration and integrations
Training, Support & Documentation
- Deliver training for users, admins, and stakeholders
- Troubleshoot business and technical issues
- Share client insights and feedback with Product and Engineering teams
- Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base updates
- Help customers implement best practices based on Engageware’s deep experience as a leader in the appointment scheduling space
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years implementing enterprise applications in a technical or consulting capacity
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in system integrations and APIs
- Post-secondary degree in a technical field
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Wrike
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS experience, especially with scheduling, workflow, or calendar products
- Financial services industry experience
- Salesforce admin certification or equivalent experience
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
