About the Role

Reporting to the Application Manager – Planning, Reporting and Retail Applications, you will provide strategic Level 3 application support while partnering with local and global stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that enhance business capability, improve processes and support major transformation programs.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance, this role is based at our Head Office in the heart of Sydney CBD (388 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000), you'll enjoy a hybrid working arrangement, working in the office with the flexibility of working from home.

Please note, this is a full-time, fixed term contract until 2027.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver business transformation programs within agreed scope, budget and timelines.
  • Lead business analysis activities including requirements gathering, capability design reviews, gap analysis and future-state process design.
  • Facilitate data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), business readiness and end-user training.
  • Mentor stakeholders on IT tools and methodologies while identifying opportunities for process improvement and new system capabilities.
  • Develop project scopes, objectives and detailed project plans in collaboration with local and international stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedules and costs using appropriate governance and verification techniques.
  • Provide level 3 functional and technical support for complex application, integration and business process issues, including testing and implementing enhancements, bug fixes and workarounds.
  • Partner with IT Technology, Infrastructure, Information Security and business teams to deliver aligned, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Support level 1 and 2 application team members as required and contribute to broader team priorities.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a level 2 Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in business process improvement, application design and application integration.
  • Experience with Aptos, SAP ERP, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, PIM solutions, reporting systems, planning solutions, allocation tools, OMS, MarTech solutions and integration tools will be highly regarded.
  • Experience working within apparel, fashion, eCommerce and omni-channel businesses.
  • Strong technical capability across APIs, SQL and application architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate applications, integration and reporting technologies, data architecture, master data management and governance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
