You will be a member of an RF engineering, antenna, and mechanical team, responsible for the design, simulation, and implementation of antennas for Tarana’s wireless access products in the 3 to 7GHz frequency bands. These products have multiple transceiver channels and antenna arrays to perform beamforming and interference cancellation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design, simulation, and implementation of antennas for Tarana’s wireless access products in the 3 to 7GHz frequency bands
Required Skills and Experience:
- BSEE plus minimum of 10+ years design experience
- Antenna array design and analysis experience in the 3 to 7GHz frequency range
- Must have very good understanding of different types of antenna elements and arrays, both narrowband and broadband
- Strong analytical and 3D EM simulation skills using HFSS or equivalent tools
- “Hands-on” experience in the lab, testing antenna s parameters and working with external labs for pattern and gain measurements
- Experience using network analyzers
- Must have excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Must be a positive team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
The salary range for this position is: $130,000 to $190,000
Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to: skill set, years of experience and the employee’s geographic location.
