• As a member of the Branch Transactions squad, you’ll contribute to the evolution of a core platform that enables seamless, real-time banking at the branch. Your work will influence how bankers experience our services across the country.

• Develop and enhance front-end web applications using modern frameworks like Angular or React.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

• Design scalable architectures for high-volume transaction processing.

• Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

• Develop & Deploy: Build new features and maintain high-quality, testable code.

• Lead Technically: Mentor team members and provide architectural guidance.

• Design Collaboratively: Partner with engineers to create robust, scalable systems.

• Ensure Quality: Embrace test-driven development and conduct thorough code reviews.

• Drive Operational Excellence: Automate processes and write maintainable, supportable code.

• Keep Learning: Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to internal communities of practice.

• Deliver Impact: Support issue resolution and ensure seamless customer experiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of software development experience.

• 2+ years of front-end development with Angular, React, or similar frameworks.

• Strong grasp of object-oriented and functional programming.

• Experience with RESTful APIs and modern web technologies.

• Proficiency with Git/GitHub and agile methodologies.

• Solid understanding of security best practices and software design patterns.

• Experience in banking, financial services, or retail environments.

• Background in real-time payment or transaction systems.

• Familiarity with high-volume, customer-facing applications.

• Experience with Windows and software/hardware integration.

• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Self-motivated and effective both independently and in teams.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and reliability.
