Join forces with us on our mission to build a better IT industry. We are currently looking for a highly skilled Senior Android Developer to our team in Stockholm, Sweden.
Please note that applicants must live in Sweden and hold a valid work permit at the time of application to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities
- Create state of the art mobile apps that are both powerful and easy to use with elite UX applied
- Work in an agile environment, individually and with a team of developers across multiple R&D sites globally
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of releasing and maintaining successful Android apps
- Ability to write efficient code, with knowledge of performance implications, such as CPU and memory usage
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude and Codex
- Highly proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with
- Kotlin (2.x / K2), Kotlin Coroutines & Flow, kotlinx.serialization
- Gradle with Kotlin DSL, version catalogs, KSP, multi-module Android projects
- ktlint / static analysis in CI- Jetpack Compose
- Retrofit + OkHttp
- GraphQL with Apollo Kotlin
- Room, DataStore, and encrypted local storage (SQLCipher, security-crypto)
- Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, FCM), Google Maps Compose, Places & Location Services
- Runtime permissions, app startup, deep links
- JUnit, coroutines-test, Turbine, Compose UI tests, Espresso
- Play Store / Firebase App Distribution release automation

- Experience with WebRTC and BLE

Skills Required
- Must reside in Sweden and hold a valid work permit at time of application
