Title: Senior Analytics Engineer
Mission
Every consumer on earth purchases in one of three places: online, big-box retail, or mom-and-pop shops. Paradoxically, the largest commercial channel is, by far, humble traditional trade shops. Yet they remain fragmented, offline, and opaque.
Native is the first intelligence-grade system built to penetrate this opacity. Each analog store is digitized into a dynamic graph where noise is filtered into low latency signals, transforming the antiquated offline world into advanced digital intelligence. Commercial leaders gain the precision to see what others cannot, store by store, rendering decisive decision advantage to win the market.
Join the ground floor of the only platform engineered to decode the analog economy into operational dominance.
Talent Values
- High Leverage: Transforms complex data into scalable, repeatable outputs that save others hours or days of effort.
- High Agency: Relentless sense of ownership in the outcome, regardless of circumstance, acting decisively to shape the environment rather than being shaped by it.
- Curiosity With Discipline: An evidence seeking, measurement mindset without succumbing to analysis paralysis, and a penchant for experimentation.
- Intellectual Honesty: Certain enough to act, humble enough to always be learning
Role
You’ll work in the Data Production & Delivery team, a group of data analysts, and analytics engineers who are responsible for turning our raw data into the insights our customers need to make faster, more effective decisions. Responsibilities include:
- Design, maintain and enhance data pipelines and models

- Maintain and update existing transformations to reflect business and product changes
- Monitor pipeline performance and optimize jobs for reliability and efficiency
- Maintain documentation and version control for pipeline changes
- Ensure data quality and reliability
- Design and implement data quality checks and automated testing for data transformations
- Develop and maintain monitoring systems and data quality metrics to detect and track data anomalies.
- Implement data validation rules and error handling
- Operational Support and Collaboration
- Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline and scheduled job failures; implement corrective actions to ensure accuracy and operational continuity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data issues and ensure alignment between data models and evolving business needs
- Perform regular updates and adjustments to product data models based on catalog changes and market dynamics.
- Continuously review and refine transformation processes to uphold data accuracy and operational standards.
- Translate research and requirements into recurring products
- Work with Product and Data Science teams to prototype new data products and capabilities based on your research and/or customer requirements.
- Translate ad hoc research and analysis into scalable, recurring data solutions that deliver long-term value.
- Support efforts to evolve and improve existing data products to better meet customer needs and drive adoption.

What We Do
We think the world would be a nicer place if everyone could afford to buy incredible, in-person groundtruth captured anywhere in the world in real time. So we’re making it happen by taking the on-demand model of Uber and matching it to our founder’s real-world experience of on-ground research.
Why Work With Us
Our team has done everything from supper with the Taliban to launching satellites into space. We're changing the future of market research and expect the caliber of human that can help make that happen. The team has a massive global vision, working across dozens of disciplines, languages, cultures, and regions -- we reflect it.
