About the TeamThe Analytics Engineering team sits at the critical intersection between data platform engineering and business analysis. We apply rigorous software methodologies to analytics code, transforming raw data into accessible business intelligence. Our team builds quality-assured workflows, documents business logic, and optimizes data models in production environments. What you'll do- Lead high-impact projects that enhance data availability, quality, and accessibility across the organization
- Serve as a technical authority for analytics, establishing best practices and guiding implementation
- Design and implement scalable data models that address complex business requirements
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally to elevate data literacy
- Spearhead data quality initiatives and champion testing frameworks
- Help architect the data and analytics strategy, evaluating new technologies and driving adoption
- Proactively identify opportunities to leverage data for business growth and operational efficiency
- You bring 5+ years experience in analytics engineering or data roles with significant exposure to software engineering practices
- You demonstrate advanced proficiency in SQL with strong programming skills in Python or another high-level language
- You have deep expertise in analytics schema design and data pipeline optimization
- You've implemented comprehensive data quality frameworks and testing methodologies
- You have extensive experience with Snowflake, Mode, dbt, and modern data stack technologies
- You hold a bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field (advanced degree a plus)
- You solve complex problems with a strategic mindset while maintaining attention to detail
- You excel at translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and building consensus
- You balance thoughtful planning with pragmatic execution, consistently delivering high-value solutions
- You demonstrate thought leadership in analytics engineering, staying current with industry developments
- You navigate ambiguity effectively and drive results in fast-paced environments
