What you will do

Our team contributes to building the scene representation through fused inputs and rich system knowledge, delivering a trusted, real-time scene intelligence engine. As a member of our team, you will be part of architecting and developing the scene representation that integrates multimodule tracked detections and incorporates logic rules, physical constraints, and dynamic behavior into one unified meaningful, context-aware representation. Your contribution ensures practical, product-driven solutions that enhance our scene intelligence to powers our analytics applications.

Every day you will collaborate closely with algorithm developers, product managers, and other colleagues to ensure our analytics products meets real-world use case needs and drives impactful business outcomes. Since quality is of essence you also have the responsibility to continuously test and validate use case accuracy performance and optimize your solutions as appropriate. You’ll mentor and inspire your peers, foster a culture of innovation, and collaborate across teams to ensure our solutions are not just theoretically elegant but product-ready and impactful.

More concretely, we would like you to bring

• Passion and vast experience with scene intelligence, e.g. semantic data modelling and multimodule fusion, especially with video, and are comfortable applying logic rules, physical constraints, and dynamic system knowledge to create meaningful representations.
• Background in video analytics, computer vision, or related domains with strong skills in algorithm development, real -time processing and analytics accuracy performance evaluation.
• Strong collaboration and communication ability with fluency in English and Swedish is a bonus.
• Software skills in implementation e.g. Python and C++, with strong professionalism in design patterns and clean coding with practical knowledge of software system design and architecture for product development.
• Experience mentoring and coaching your team with a commitment to fostering inclusive, collaborative environments where diverse perspectives thrive for innovation and product-focused development.
