Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex analytical initiatives that support strategic business priorities and operational performance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of analytics experience or Master's degree and 3+ years of analytics experience.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a consultative analytics partner, working directly with business stakeholders to define problems, evaluate opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Experience leading projects through the full analytics lifecycle, including business intake, discovery, analysis, solution development, communication of insights, and implementation support.
- Progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, informatics, pharmacy analytics, sales analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency with SQL, reporting and visualization tools, and analytical methodologies.
- Experience communicating insights and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Informatics, Analytics, Business Analytics, Healthcare Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working with pharmacy, payer, provider, sales, or operational data.

Role Clarification
This role is best suited for candidates who are energized by consultative analytics, business problem solving, and decision support. This is an individual contributor role focused on using data to solve high-impact business problems. While the role requires strong SQL skills to query, analyze, and work with large datasets, the primary focus is not pipeline development, infrastructure engineering, or software development.
