  • Conducting customer, market, competitor, partner, and potential partner conversations and other research to uncover new insight-led opportunities.
  • Translating business questions and customer needs into clear analytical problem statements, hypotheses, success measures, and solution paths.
  • Shaping and prioritize the Lodging analytics and AI opportunity funnel, moving ideas from early discovery to well-framed initiatives.
  • Partner with Product Managers and technical teams to transition opportunities into requirements, solution design, and delivery workflows.
  • Leading discovery, stakeholder alignment, and early-stage solution shaping where needed.
  • Supporting the evolution of insight consumption channels, including BI tools, embedded analytics, reporting experiences, and AI-enabled interaction models.
  • Contribute product thinking to capabilities such as semantic layers, governed business metrics, data product usability, and scalable insight delivery.

What We Need

  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in analytics consulting, product management, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience in lodging or travel (preferred), payments, fintech, financial services, B2B platforms, or other data-intensive commercial environments.
  • A strong track record of using data and analytics to solve meaningful business, customer, or operational problems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex topics clear for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and create structure around new ideas, business problems, and emerging opportunities.

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency with modern data platforms, data products, semantic layers, and analytical consumption patterns.
  • Familiarity with MCP, AI agents, natural-language analytics, and other emerging patterns for AI-enabled data consumption.
  • Experience defining semantic models, metric layers, business glossaries, or governed analytical frameworks.

What Success Looks Like

  • Built strong relationships across the Lodging business and become a trusted partner to the functional teams they support.
  • Created a clear pipeline of high-value analytics, data product, and AI opportunities.
  • Moved priority ideas from early discovery into well-framed product, analytics, or business initiatives.
  • Improved how teams define, consume, and act on business insights.
  • Demonstrated measurable impact through better decisions, stronger customer value, revenue opportunities, operational efficiencies, or improved adoption of data capabilities.
