Position Summary
Reporting to the Lead Director of ACA Revenue Integrity, the Analyst, ACA Revenue Integrity will work closely with subject matter experts across the ACA Individual (IFP) business to establish and champion local market culture committed to revenue integrity excellence. In collaboration with the Executive Director and Revenue Integrity Centers of Excellence, this position is responsible for creating and delivering analysis and analytic solutions to meet business needs, interacting directly with internal colleagues. Analysis will focus on member and provider specific intervention opportunity and effectiveness around complete and accurate diagnosis capture and reporting.
- Generate reporting specific to ACA-Revenue Integrity efforts for various governance, market, and executive leadership meetings.
- Design and conduct month over month member specific outcome reporting for market/provider specific member gap targeting.
- Support the data integrity of the ACA RAD working closely with the Informatics team and team project manager to identify and implement data enhancements as well as resolve issues.
- Support the ACA supplemental process working closely with the RI Data Submission Team on submission error resolution opportunities as well as the RI Business Operations Group and RI National Program leads in the support of resolving supplemental data submission errors.
- Create and evaluate the data needs of assigned projects and assures the integrity of the data.
- Independently executes analyses or reports to meet project needs or at the request of the Executive director.
- Support other RI ACA initiative as required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years professional experience in an analytical role
- Exceptional mathematical skills and statistical analysis abilities
- Strong Excel skills; proficiency in VBA a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
- Experience in the healthcare industry and Medicare or ACA risk adjustment

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
