Key Responsibilities
Lead detailed financial modelling including DCF, sensitivity analysis and investment underwriting
Prepare high-quality investor and marketing materials including IMs, pitch decks and campaign collateral
Analyze market trends, comparable sales evidence and asset performance data
Support transaction execution, due diligence processes and data room management
Maintain transaction, property and investor databases
Deliver market insights and strategic analysis to support client engagement
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
About You
Degree qualified in Property, Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline
3-5+ years’ experience within commercial real estate, investment banking or institutional investment environments
Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability, ideally within commercial property
Experience using Forbury or similar property cashflow modelling platforms highly regarded
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exposure to industrial property or valuations highly regarded
