The Senior Associate – Private Wealth Platforms & Experience role will play a pivotal part in enhancing the digital client experience for Neuberger Berman’s Private Wealth clients. This role focuses on identifying and implementing client-centric enhancements to online access platforms, ensuring seamless and efficient digital interactions. Additional responsibilities include providing support to private wealth teams, driving the evolution of client reporting solutions, and managing the distribution of client communications. Success in this role requires a passion for elevating client experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and recommend client-centric enhancements to the online access portal and app to drive meaningful improvements in the overall client experience
Partner with internal technology teams and third-party fintech firms to define requirements and perform quality assurance on new features, ensuring solutions are aligned with objectives and meet quality standards
Provide support for the online access portal by addressing inquiries from private wealth teams, efficiently troubleshooting and resolving issues, and documenting solutions to prevent recurrence
Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Legal & Compliance, Operations, and Technology, to define, draft, and distribute external client communications
Evaluate current communication processes and recommend operational and technological improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Engage with private wealth teams to assess client reporting needs, recommend available reporting solutions, and drive enhancements to improve the suite of client reports
Present upcoming process and system enhancements, as well as planned client communications, to all private wealth teams to ensure awareness of firm-wide and industry events and initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in financial services, with a strong preference for wealth management or private banking
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
Strong team player, adept at collaborating across business units and support functions to achieve shared goals
Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent follow-up skills to ensure accuracy, timely completion of tasks, and effective project tracking
Demonstrated initiative in driving projects forward and leading meetings to foster progress and deliver results
Experience with client-facing online access platforms is highly desirable, demonstrating the ability to support and enhance digital client interactions

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $90,000-$110,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
