What you will do:

• Partner with business/product stakeholders to translate initiatives into clear analytics scope.

• Understand manufacturing data from clients, and devise strategies to solve pain points and add business value.

• Own End to End project delivery through effective prioritization, resource allocation, timeline management and stakeholder communication.

• Unblock and mentor analytics teams using technical expertise in the Analytics, ML, LLM and related field.

• Lead the topic collaborations with the Engineering/product/Data Science team for better solutions and their implementation for efficient project delivery.

• Expert in data story building based on data driven insights and solutions.

• Ensure solutions are complete and aligned with objectives via stand-ups and iterative course corrections.

• Lead and mentor team of analysts. Conduct regular 1:1s, provide actionable feedback, and ensure team welfare.

• Plan long-term talent needs and collaborate with hiring to build a high-performing team.

Who you are:

• Experience of minimum 1- 4 years, working with renowned manufacturing/ Aerospace/Consumer/Automotive and product company or startups

• Techstack/Tools : Python, Excel, SQL, ML, NLP, LLM and related fields

• Experience managing a team of data analysts end-to-end including onboarding to performance management cycle

• Can understand business objectives/requirements and deliver through actionable insights and data storytelling using technical/domain expertise

• Entrepreneurial and driven. Excited to be part of a fast-growing SaaS company, set high standards, and deliver world-class results, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability as needed in a startup environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with a startup.
