NAB has established NAB Innovation Centre India as a centre for operations and technology excellence to support NAB deliver faster, better, and more personalized experience to customers and colleagues.

Your new role:

• Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS services like EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, IAM, etc.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and maintain infrastructure-as-code best practices.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Harness, and related tools.
• Build and manage containerized applications using Docker, EKS, and ECS.
• Write robust and reusable Python and Shell scripts to automate routine tasks and system operations.
• Implement observability and logging using tools like Splunk and OpenSearch.
• Collaborate with development teams for seamless integration and deployment of microservices.
• Ensure system security, performance tuning, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.

What will you bring:

• Strong experience with AWS cloud services and architecture.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Hands-on with Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Harness.
• Deep understanding of containerization using Docker, and orchestration with EKS and ECS.
• Strong Shell scripting skills for system automation.
• Experience with logging/monitoring tools like Splunk, OpenSearch, or ELK stack.
• Familiarity with DevOps best practices, Git-based workflows, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• AWS Certified (Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer)
• Experience with service mesh, secrets management (e.g., HashiCorp Vault), or security automation
• Familiarity with Kubernetes-native tools like Helm, ArgoCD is a plus
