Description
DEFCON AI is looking to hire experienced Senior Analysts who will be on the ground floor conducting cutting edge analytics in support of defense and commercial applications. You will work in a highly collaborative environment with a diverse team of analytic and subject matter experts and have direct access to leadership to build strategic direction. DEFCON AI is a fast-paced environment where you will lead not only at the strategic level, but also day-to-day by diving deeply into business, product, and technical domains.
Requirements
- Secret Clearance
- Experience formulating and solving optimization problems
- MS or PhD in mathematics, operations research, physics, computer science, industrial engineering or related field.
- Programming experience in Python and/or R, version control (Git), and database (SQL, MySQL) and common data science libraries (e.g. Pandas, Numpy)
- Knowledge and experience with statistics and data science
- At least 5 years of experience using analysis to solve complex problems
- Wiling to relocate to (or already reside in) Omaha, NE
Bonus Points
- Practical experience applying AI/ML techniques
- Basic data engineering skills (data cleaning, building ETL pipelines, and/or database administration)
- Cloud-based development (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc) and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes)
- TS/SCI Clearance

Salary Range: $160,000-250,000
