Position Summary
Provide daily problem resolution, data correction, and user support. Troubleshoot support cases and platform issues, and escalate as appropriate. Identify and bridge process/information gaps experienced by Salesforce users. Provide training, coaching, and support to users at various organizational levels.
Required Qualifications
0-2 years experience within the following:

Preferred Qualifications
- 0-2 years Working knowledge of Salesforce
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, information technology, or related field. or equivalent experience

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
