Summary:

In this role, you will support research, assimilation, and analysis of detailed supply chain purchase information to support onboarding and recruiting activity for the Captis members and portfolio. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across the enterprise and sourcing and contracting teams to provide insights through automation of analytical deliverables. You will work with internal teams to understand the current state of tools, applications and deliverables to develop a unified solution that supports Captis and aptitude automation and delivery strategy to our various stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of customized analyses, leveraging internal and external, raw and/or published data, as well as structured and unstructured datasets to help new members onboard onto Captis portfolio as well as support membership merger and acquisition activities.

  • Influence decisions through advice and counsel to management and others.

  • Present recommendations to management and provide guidance in selecting alternative options for report delivery.

  • Demonstrate comprehension of operations and use data and analytics to support those.

  • Develop solutions to assist in teams utilizing a unified and streamline delivery tool and application.

  • Design and create charts, graphs, tables, and reports to support findings and develop recommendations.

  • Interact with internal and external clients to gather and analyze data to produce recommendations on new solutions.

  • Coordinate the development and production of deliverables (i.e. analysis, presentations, reports, member assessments and case studies).

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience.

  • Knowledge of healthcare contracting a plus.

  • Healthcare or Supply Chain experience preferred.

  • Proficiency with SQL & PowerBI preferred.

  • Strong written, verbal communication, project management and presentation skills preferred.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Access & Word) with the ability for creation, manipulation, and interpretation of data.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $109,700.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
