We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst with expertise in SAP Analytics for HANA to lead and drive testing processes for our Analytics teams. This position requires a highly skilled professional with a strong background in SAP Analytics, stakeholder management, and the ability to implement best practices across analytics solutions. Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and execute end-to-end testing processes for SAP Analytics for HANA to ensure data quality, performance optimization, and seamless platform integration.
- Design and implement testing strategies that align with business goals, ensuring high-quality, scalable analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders and analytics teams, to gather requirements and drive solutions.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on SAP Analytics data to inform business decisions and strategies.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to manage expectations, risks, and project progress.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP Analytics for HANA technologies and industry best practices to enhance processes and solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Role Requirements
- Extensive experience with SAP Analytics for HANA, including designing and implementing analytics solutions.
- Proven ability to lead testing processes, with a deep understanding of testing frameworks and best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and technical teams.
- Experience with data integration, data warehousing, and business intelligence (BI) concepts.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Analytics, with a focus on SAP HANA.
- Proven experience in leading analytics test processes and working with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in mentoring or leading junior team members is a plus.
