YOUR NEW ROLE
- This role supports the management of the portfolios, by assisting with; portfolio administration, reporting, hygiene and any other Enablement tasks to support the business in delivering for our Customers and Colleagues.
- Prepare portfolio exposure reporting and fulfil data requests as required.
- Support the management of commercial property lease consents and related portfolio administration activities.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Customer focussed and always seek to deliver fast, efficient and accurate service for our customers
- Banker / assistant banker experience will be highly regarded.
- Experience in Covenant, Valuation, Origination, Corporate institutional lending.
- The candidate should demonstrate strong financial services experience with expertise across account maintenance and updates, end-to-end payment lifecycle management, payment tracing activities, investigations, and customer enquiry resolution.

Skills Required
- Strong financial services experience
- Expertise in account maintenance and updates
- Experience managing the end-to-end payment lifecycle
- Experience with payment tracing, investigations, and customer enquiry resolution
- Experience in covenant, valuation, origination, or corporate institutional lending
- Banker or assistant banker experience
- Customer-focused approach with fast, efficient, and accurate service delivery
