Job Title: Senior Analyst
- Undertake virtual/physical monitoring visits of training centers and maintain detailed observations and compliance reports.
- Manage the end-to-end process of planning, scheduling, and conducting virtual monitoring visits, including coordination with stakeholders and tracking of action points.
- Be willing to undertake physical field visits to training centres, as required, for monitoring purposes.

- Prepare periodic dashboards, monitoring reports, and management presentations for decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams and training partners for data verification, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Support audits, evaluations, and impact assessment activities to strengthen program monitoring and quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Work experience – Minimum 4 years
