As part of its ongoing Finance and Treasury transformation journey, the Pernod Ricard Group is implementing several strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, improving cash visibility, strengthening financial risk management, and accelerating digitalization across its global organization. One of these initiatives is the deployment of Kyriba a new global Treasury Management System (TMS) to standardize treasury processes, improve liquidity management capabilities, and increase automation of treasury operations worldwide.
In parallel, the Group is rolling out a new global ERP platform across its entities, generating multiple related initiatives involving process redesign, banking integration, payment process enhancement, internal control reinforcement, and financial process standardization.
Within this context, the Senior Treasury Systems & Projects Analyst will play a key role in supporting the delivery of these strategic initiatives, working closely with Treasury, Finance, Technology teams, international affiliates, and banking partners.
Your key mission
Treasury Transformation & Project Management:
- Support strategic treasury transformation initiatives at Group level.
- Contribute to project planning activities, milestones, deliverables, risk tracking, and action plans.
- Coordinate selected workstreams with Treasury, Finance, Technology teams, and external partners.
- Prepare governance materials, monitor project progress, and contribute to stakeholder reporting.
Treasury Systems & ERP Projects:
- Support the deployment and continuous enhancement of the Group Treasury Management System (TMS).
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from Treasury stakeholders.
- Participate in testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
- Contribute to integration projects involving TMS, ERP platforms, and banking systems.
- Support data quality, consistency, and reliability across treasury systems.
Banking Connectivity & Payments :
- Participate in international banking connectivity initiatives.
- Contribute to the implementation of standardized payment and bank statement formats.
- Perform functional analysis and testing related to banking interfaces & cash mgt. flows.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving payment efficiency, automation, and security.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
- Contribute to the mapping, harmonization, and optimization of treasury processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and digitalization.
- Assist in the preparation of procedures, guidelines, and functional documentation.
- Monitor incidents and support resolution efforts with relevant stakeholders.
Change Management & User Adoption
- Assist in the preparation of training and communication materials.
- Support end-users during deployment and implementation phases.
- Contribute to the adoption of new systems, tools, and processes across affiliates.
- Collect user feedback and help identify continuous improvement opportunities.

- You have a Master's degree (or equivalent) in Treasury, Finance, Banking, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have 3 to 6 years of professional experience in Corporate Treasury, Treasury Consulting, Finance Transformation, Financial Systems, or Project Management.
- You have a solid understanding of treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity management, payments, banking connectivity, and treasury systems.
- You have a strong interest in technology, information systems, and transformation projects.
- You have previous exposure to Treasury Management Systems (preferably Kyriba), ERP implementations, banking connectivity projects, or finance process digitalization is considered a strong advantage.
- You have the ability to understand business requirements and collaborate effectively with both functional and technical stakeholders.
- You are fluent professional English (written and spoken).
