About the Role:

The Senior Analyst, Treasury Operations will support the company’s global cash flow forecasting process, including short- and long-term liquidity planning and variance analysis. This role will partner closely with the Senior Manager, Treasury Operations, and work with the VP, Assistant Treasurer and global Finance stakeholders to support accurate, timely, and actionable cash flow and interest expense forecasting and analysis.

The Senior Analyst will support the administration and ongoing optimization of PVH’s Treasury Management System (TMS), Kyriba, including data integrity, reporting, user access, testing, system enhancements, integrations, and internal control requirements.

The Senior Analyst, Treasury Operations will collaborate with Corporate and Regional Treasury teams to support consistent processes, improve visibility into global liquidity, and contribute to continuous improvement across Treasury forecasting, reporting, and systems.

What You will Do:

  • Support the global cash flow forecasting process, with a primary focus on the 13-week forecast and development of longer-term cash flow forecasting, partnering with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and business units to gather inputs, analyze variances, and support accurate and timely liquidity reporting.

  • Support the interest expense forecasting process by gathering and validating inputs related to debt balances, commercial paper, revolvers, and other financing arrangements; assist with variance analysis and scenario modeling in support of liquidity and capital planning.

  • Support the development and maintenance of forecasting and analytical models that provide visibility into global liquidity, debt levels, and interest expense under multiple business and market scenarios.

  • Support Kyriba administration and governance, including data integrity, user access, integrations, enhancements, testing, reporting, and alignment with internal control requirements.

  • Partner with Treasury, IT, and external vendors to support Kyriba upgrades, new functionality implementation, issue resolution, and system optimization initiatives.

  • Prepare and maintain management reporting and dashboards to monitor liquidity, forecast accuracy, interest expense trends, and key Treasury operational metrics.

  • Execute Treasury processes in accordance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and Treasury policies; support internal and external audit requests and quarterly and annual procedures.

  • Collaborate with regional Treasury teams to support standardized global processes, enhance cash visibility, and improve working capital efficiency.

  • Support Treasury leadership in liquidity planning, capital allocation analysis, and strategic initiatives through accurate reporting, data-driven insights, and scenario analysis.

  • Contribute to a culture of operational excellence within Treasury through strong process discipline, analytical rigor, collaboration, and delivery of high-quality work product.

  • Participate in Treasury transformation, automation, and process improvement projects as needed.

What You will Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or a related finance role; experience in a global organization preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.

  • Experience in Treasury operations, liquidity management, and financial forecasting, with strong understanding of cash flow dynamics, debt instruments, and interest expense modeling.

  • Strong financial acumen and business judgment; ability to assess liquidity risks, evaluate funding scenarios, and translate operational forecasts into strategic insights.

  • Working knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) – Kyriba preferred, including system governance, integrations (ERP/banking platforms), data controls, and process automation.

  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements, with clear understanding of how Treasury operations impact the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.

  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to build, maintain, and improve robust forecasting and scenario analysis tools.

  • Detail-oriented with strong internal control mindset; experience supporting SOX compliance and coordinating with internal and external auditors.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to clearly summarize liquidity, forecasting, and systems topics for Treasury leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams while fostering accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrated resilience, ownership mentality, and drive to elevate Treasury operations through transformation, automation, and process optimization.

  • Comfortable working across global teams, functions, and external partners.

Pay Range:$82,500---$117,100

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
