Job Description
The Treasury team is responsible for managing all aspects of Antares’ liquidity. This includes cash management, payment processing, cash forecasting & modeling, and management of debt facilities for both on- and off-balance sheet financing structures. The Treasury Senior Analyst will primarily serve as a contributor to the treasury team in supporting the day-to-day operations of the credit facilities, debt compliance, liquidity management and collateralized loan obligations (“CLO”) with a focus on Business Development Companies (“BDCs”).
Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational support, including preparation and analysis of daily cash position forecast across multiple entities
- Support and assist with the coordination of short/medium/long term cash/debt forecasts and supporting requirements for Antares Liquidity Committee
- Process various wire payments, including FX wires, and perform administrative duties for multiple banking platforms
- Engage with a wide range of business partners in the development of liquidity strategies for both on balance sheet and off-balance sheet entities
- Prepare cash forecasts for borrowing base facilities by monitoring projected cash activity and preparing relevant notices.
- Daily monitoring and support of the treasury management system
- Working jointly with Antares Operations and Risk teams, the Treasury Analyst will assist in establishing compliance monitoring tools to maintain compliance with all credit facility covenants and measures as well as compliance reporting on Antares Credit Facilities
- Support and assist with the establishment of Treasury Policies for all Antares entities, including communication, enforcement and ongoing updates
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-7+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Securitization, or Structured Products related roles
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other relevant discipline.
- Strong desire to learn, be self-motivated, proactive, well organized, and resourceful, with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a changing environment with a high level of flexibility. Positive “can-do” approach to responsibilities and work collaboratively with others
- Experience in Financial Services strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, experience with treasury management systems and advanced Excel/Modeling skills
- Experience working with foreign currency, hedging products and related ISDA documentation a plus

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range at the time of posting is below. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Actual base salary within the specified range is comprised of several components, including but not limited to applicant's skill, prior relevant experience, specific degrees and certifications, job responsibilities, market considerations and the location of the position.
This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus (based on company, business unit and individual performance).

Base Salary Range
$105,000 - $120,000
