About the Role
As a Senior Analyst, Traceability & Certification, you will own and evolve the global IT platform ecosystem for product and material traceability, ensuring end-to-end visibility, data integrity, and sustainability certification compliance across the entire supply chain. You will lead the design and implementation of scalable technology solutions that connect transactional, scope certifications and other product & material certifications wit the verification of the data: from raw materials and fiber origins to finished goods, enabling transparent, verifiable, and auditable supply chain information.

Your scope will include the management and integration of current traceability and certification platforms (e.g., TextileGenesis, ID Factory, OSS Certifications) as well as the development of a future proof unified technology platform approach. You will work on data standards across PVH systems such us PLM, VMS, traceability and ESG. You will ensure that traceability data and solutions aligns with enterprise architecture principles, data governance policies, and corporate sustainability objectives.

You will drive the traceability and certification technology strategy, ensuring PVH’s ecosystem supports both operational efficiency and regulatory readiness while strengthening the company’s sustainability goals.

What You’ll Do
 

• Traceability and AWS Certification systems administration and management
• PowerBI dashboards management for this area
• Lead implementation and integration of traceability platforms (TextileGenesis, ID Factory). Define go forward solutions for traceability along with key business stakeholders.
• Manage certification and traceability data flows across enterprise systems.
• Design and maintain data and integration architecture linking PLM, ERP, traceability platforms with other enterprise solutions.
• Lead implementation and integration for other supply chain regulations (EUDR, DPP and others).
• Define global data standards, identifiers, and interoperability models across systems.
• Collaborate with Corporate Responsibility, Sourcing, Supply Chain Transparency and Integrity, Product Development teams on traceability KPIs and reporting.
• Manage technology partners, system vendors, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Requirements
The ideal candidate combines supply chain traceability knowledge with strong technical and analytical capabilities across cloud platforms, system integrations, and reporting technologies. The candidate is motivated by the opportunity to drive, operationalize, and prioritize key initiatives, and is passionate about contributing to a high-performance culture that enhances team engagement and business impact. The ideal candidate will bring experience in the following areas:

• 8+ years in IT for supply chain technologies.
• Hands-on experience with traceability and document verification platforms (TextileGenesis, ID Factory, TrusTrace, Retraced, etc.).
• Hands-on experience supporting or managing AWS-based enterprise applications, including services such as S3, Lambda, Bedrock, Athena.
• Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for operational and compliance reporting.
• Experience administering enterprise SaaS/cloud platforms, including configuration, access management, issue resolution, release coordination, and vendor management.
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, data mapping, and enterprise data exchange.
• Understanding of supply chain traceability requirements, different ways of tracing materials and products. Clear understanding of CoC documentation, sustainability certification schemas.
• Experience working with AI-enabled enterprise applications and understanding of how GenAI services can support traceability, certification validation, and supply chain data workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage global programs and external technology partners.
• Analytical mindset with focus on data quality, governance, and scalability.
• Good project management and planning capacities, and is reliable, and looking for ownership.
• Fluency in English
