Senior Analyst Technology Finance

You will support financial and commercial outcomes across the Technology portfolio, delivering high-quality reporting, analysis, and insights to drive decision-making and optimise cost performance.
This includes:
- Delivering monthly performance reporting, including variance analysis and clear, actionable commentary
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and outlook processes, including driver-based and scenario analysis
- Providing commercial insights on technology costs (run, change, and investment spend) to inform business decisions
- Performing deep-dive cost analysis to identify trends, risks, and optimisation opportunities
- Supporting month-end activities, including journals, P&L analysis, and balance sheet review

You will join the Technology Finance Performance Management team, partnering closely with Technology and Finance stakeholders to deliver end-to-end reporting and insights.
This is a highly visible role with exposure to senior stakeholders, where you will:
- Contribute to group-level reporting and financial consolidation
- Work across large, complex cost bases including cloud, infrastructure, and software
- Play a key role in uplifting reporting, automation, and process efficiency

We’re interested in hearing from people who have
- Strong grounding in accounting and financial analysis (P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis)
- Experience in FP&A, management reporting within a complex or large corporate environment
- Ability to analyse large data sets and identify key business drivers
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link financial insights to business outcomes
- Experience with automation and data tools (e.g. Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau advanced Excel)
- Proven ability to improve, standardise, and streamline reporting processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence non-finance audiences
- Ability to challenge assumptions and provide constructive insights
- High attention to detail, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- CA / CPA qualified (or working towards)

Skills Required
