This position reports to the Senior Manager AU Technical Operations and is part of the AU Technical Operations team, located in Beckman Coulter Co. Clare and is an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead and deliver technical supply chain projects aligned with business targets, including qualification of raw materials and suppliers for clinical chemistry use
Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams to execute NPI and supply chain initiatives successfully
Drive project tracking and daily management systems to ensure continuity of product supply and adherence to timelines
Support strategic and cost-reduction initiatives within the AU value stream
Apply Danaher Business System (DBS) tools (e.g., Daily Management, Standard Work, Kaizen, TPI, VPM) to improve operational processes
Ensure compliance with design change processes, SOPs, GMP, and regulatory requirements (ISO/FDA)
Collaborate across functions to ensure materials, specifications, procedures, and resources are in place to support operations
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree (Level 8) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related scientific discipline OR Master’s degree in a relevant field
Multiple years of experience in technical project management within a regulated manufacturing or diagnostics environment
Proven experience managing supply chain or NPI-related projects
Strong technical knowledge in clinical chemistry, biochemistry, immunology, or related scientific areas
Demonstrated knowledge of cGMP and applicable regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, FDA)
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
AU or CS/CA product platforms or related diagnostic systems
Certification or experience as a Kaizen Leader or application of DBS/lean methodologies
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
Minimal travel may be required to support project activities across sites
