As a key member of Western Union’s Technical Implementation team based in Buenos Aires (CABA), this role acts as a key player in managing end-to-end client implementations, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of technical solutions. The position is responsible for coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, validating system requirements, and driving successful project execution while ensuring compliance with network and association standards.
Role Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end external client implementation lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery of integration projects.
Gather, review, and analyze business and technical requirements, ensuring accurate translation into system solutions and specifications.
Coordinate and execute testing activities, including test planning, script creation, scheduling, and results validation.
Lead technical walkthroughs with clients, providing guidance on system functionality, file formats, and integration processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Network, Operations, and Application groups) to track progress and resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with association rules, industry standards, and internal policies throughout the implementation process.
Provide ongoing production support and assist with system validation, monitoring test environments, and troubleshooting integration issues.
Role Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in systems implementation, technical integration, or business analysis roles.
Strong understanding of system integration processes, file formats, and testing methodologies.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed, global environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead client-facing technical discussions.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and provide effective production and technical support as needed.
Work Shift
