The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Management, is part of a dedicated team focused on enhancing supply chain operations through data-driven process improvements and effective collaboration with cross-functional partners. What you'll do:
- Carrier Network Development and Management: Develop a comprehensive network of reliable carriers, prioritizing efficient and cost-effective freight movement.
- Rate Negotiation: Negotiate competitive rates with carriers to minimize cost
- Load Tendering and Trace Management: Book loads from customers, trace loads as needed, and other related duties.
- Customer Service and Relationship Building: Provide exceptional service to all stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met while building strong relationships.
- Problem-solving and Decision-making: Employ critical thinking and sound decision-making skills to resolve issues and optimize carrier performance.
