Responsibilities
Design and execute rigorous A/B tests for onsite marketing campaigns, ensuring proper experimental frameworks and statistical validations to optimize conversion rates
Utilize advanced analytics to monitor customer retention metrics, identify trends, and uncover actionable insights that drive improvements in customer engagement
Develop, maintain, and refine financial models to forecast revenue impacts of retention initiatives and marketing strategies, providing a clear link between analytics and business performance
Build and automate comprehensive weekly reporting dashboards that track key performance indicators, enabling timely and data-driven decision-making
Work closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to interpret A/B test results and retention data, transforming insights into actionable marketing and strategic plans, while helping finance project long-range plans.
Present clear, concise, and insightful analyses to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that key insights support informed decision-making across the organization
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field or equivalent work experience
2-3 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role, with a demonstrated focus on marketing analytics and A/B testing
Excellent communication skills, including synthesis, presentation and storytelling
1+ years of experience with SQL, and at least one programming language such as Python or R for data analysis and financial modeling
Strong ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences, and experience working effectively across cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of Experience with subscription or revenue metrics
Strong business acumen, product thinking and understanding of customer behavior
The expected base salary range for this position is from $88,000-$95,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
