The Senior Analyst will be responsible for managing multiple databases that the CMF marketing & strategic sales teams will use to help create, develop, and execute our strategic offense around our supply chain customers. You will work with multiple business teams to understand the data points and provide various support based on internal and external customer needs. All the activity directly relates to the enablement of marketing, sales, and strategic sales while supporting the evolving needs of the CMF business.
What you will do:
- Assist with the planning, design, and build of data visualization platforms to support sales and marketing teams
- Assist with the improvement and sourcing of master data assets, including third-party data
- Works with the manager and co-workers to help support program operations, including managing and updating large databases
- Understand the different marketing channel strategies
- Track and report KPIs to leadership and sales
- Understand key competitors and their relative strengths/weaknesses, and maintain networks of people and resources for obtaining competitive information
- Maintain customer engagement and deeply understand customer needs
- Play a role in developing strategic selling platforms leveraging Microsoft Power Platform
- Understand what customers value and how they perceive different attributes of the product or portfolio
- Articulate why the product or portfolio adds value or solves problems for the customer
- Create marketing strategies to understand, develop, and enhance the relationship between the customer and the business
- Tie the business goal of the program to the overall goal of Stryker
- Synthesize market trends and make recommendations on areas of strategic focus
- Develop new strategies, sales tools, and communication plans for the program
- Articulate desired communications outcomes consistent with marketing strategy to partners and stakeholders
- Analyze customer satisfaction to assess trends in customer engagement, and incorporate trends into strategic planning
- Provide the marketing research partner with key objectives and inputs to drive customer insights
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of work experience required
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) & Power BI report building
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge within the craniomaxillofacial space
- Advanced Power BI report creation
