- Identify and size growth markets through market sizing, competitive and industry intelligence, and prioritization of new geographies, verticals, and partner segments
- Develop customer, contractor, and partner segmentation using internal and external data to inform targeting, pricing, and go-to-market priorities with Sales, Marketing, and Product
- Build and automate forecasts, KPI dashboards, and recurring reporting — leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude), SQL, and Python to replace manual workflows and improve accuracy and speed
- Translate analyses into clear, executive-ready presentations and recommendations, and track initiative performance against the business case; identify opportunities to embed AI into team and business workflows
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field required
- 2-4 years of experience in analytics, strategy consulting, investment banking, FP&A, corporate strategy, or a high-growth fintech

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; working proficiency in SQL preferred (Python, Tableau, or Power BI a plus)
- Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., Claude) in day-to-day analytical work — prepared to walk through specific workflows built or automated
- Ability to explain complex analysis in simple, plain language to audiences across every function — not just finance
- Working knowledge of lending or fintech fundamentals (unit economics, credit performance, customer acquisition), or demonstrated ability to ramp quickly
