AccountabilitiesLead end-to-end MarTech transformation and migrations moving away from legacy systems toward Salesforce Marketing Cloud, planning cutovers, managing risks, and scaling solutions across multiple markets.
Define and detail future-state architecture, processes, and governance models that align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and data governance standards.
Partner with IT and external vendors to coordinate integrations and data flows, crafting robust integration architectures and scalable client information frameworks.
Build, configure, and implement SFMC solutions spanning Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, CloudPages, Interaction Studio, SMS, push, and WhatsApp, integrating Einstein capabilities effectively.
Build and refine multi-channel customer journeys with strong contact governance, throttling rules, and reusable assets such as templates and content blocks.
Develop dynamic, personalized content using AMPscript, HTML, SQL/SOQL, and JSON; apply Salesforce connectors and relevant code (e.g., Apex, JavaScript) where needed to meet complex requirements.
Oversee campaign data operations from end to end, including data extensions, automations, filters, and triggered sends, while maintaining high standards of data quality through cleaning, transformation, and standardization.
Execute, monitor, and troubleshoot campaigns to ensure accurate segmentation, strong deliverability, consistent rendering quality, and reliable orchestration across channels.
Implement data-driven automations, experimentation frameworks (including A/B testing), and optimization strategies across Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud to improve performance and scalability.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and omnichannel specialists to translate business needs into technical solutions and DevOps practices that continuously enhance data integration and campaign operations.
Essential Skills/Experience6–8 years of experience in Marketing Automation with 4–6 years of hands‑on Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise
Strong hands-on delivery experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and CloudPages
Proven experience designing and executing multi‑channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push; WhatsApp exposure preferred)
2-3 years of Project Management experience.
Highly self‑motivated, with deep expertise in operational excellence and driving process improvements.
Excellent business acumen and communication skills.
Strong focus on customer centricity and customer experience.
Desirable Skills/ExperienceExperience in MarTech transformation or migration from legacy platforms to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
