The Senior Analyst, Sales Strategy and Operations, helps drive critical business activities that support the planning and execution of key sales and marketing strategies for the field team, including sales representatives and clinical specialists. This role executes and administers sales compensation, monitors daily sales and clinical training performance, builds systems and processes to support field execution, and conducts key analyses that inform management decisions.

How You’ll Make An Impact:

  • Own the execution of sales commission calculations, compensation statement, and payout processes while ensuring timely deliverables, data accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Provide field support for reporting and analytics needs across all levels of the sales organization, including creating and maintaining standard and ad hoc dashboards and reports.
  • Respond promptly to field data inquiries while maintaining data integrity across multiple platforms.
  • Assess sales performance and other key metrics by integrating quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources to conduct complex analyses; interpret results, draw conclusions, and present findings on trends such as sales growth and market dynamics to sales management and internal stakeholders
  • Generate standardized sales reports to track progress against growth objectives, including compensation statements, sales results, historical growth, market growth trends, budget variance, sales exceptions, and product utilization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales results and key metrics in applicable reporting systems; monitor dashboard data integrity and provide field user support for sales tools.
  • Provide decision support to management through ad hoc analyses and reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance to ensure accurate and timely commission and incentive payouts.
  • Partner with the primary owner to support the development, tracking, and reporting of sales awards.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects, including territory design, quota logic, account exception reporting, compensation accrual reporting, prorated performance management, and headcount optimization.
  • Maintain the sales field roster and account alignments as transmitted by HR and Sales Operations.

What You'll Need (Required):

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of prior analytical experience, including experience with spreadsheets, database management systems, and word processing tools or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria

For California, the base pay range for this position is $92,000 - $130,000 (highly experienced).
