Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Sr Analyst, Sales Planning to join our team in Franklin, TN.

A Day in the Life:

  • Manages all operational aspects of NissanOne dealer bonus program with $500M+ annual spend

  • Acts as subject matter expert for NissanOne guidelines and policies

  • Manages all NissanOne Field and Dealer communication, including program rules

  • Supports executive data and analysis requests and dealer objective setting

  • Tracks program performance and analyzes program KPI’s

  • Manages requests from the field via NissanOne Inbox

  • Provides NissanONE program guidance to regional staff

  • Provides direction to Nissan Digital support team (CDOPP)

  • Sets NDSN Objective by Region, District, and Dealer

  • Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth

  • Works with Finance and Accounting on financial month end close, presents summaries to management

  • Leads cross-functional initiatives as requested

Who We're Looking for:

Required:

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally

  • Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to extract, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources

  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools such as Excel and/or Power BI

  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience creating, generating, and maintaining reports using multiple data sources, including web-based applications and databases

  • Ability to synthesize data, interpret results, and present insights

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting across varied management levels

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a strong results-oriented mindset

  • 6+ years of related experience at a professional level. Experience managing complex reports & analysis and interpreting & communicating market trends & data is essential. Field experience as a FOM or DOM and vendor management experience is a plus.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to create and generate reports utilizing various resources, including web-based applications and databases

  • Familiarity with Nissan mainframe, vPipe and VINPipe

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university

Preferred:

  • Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to extract, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources

  • Snowflake and/or SQL experience

  • Experience in C&I, Pricing, Field/Regions, CMM is a plus

  • Nissan mainframe application, vPipe and VINPipe experience

Travel Required?

Less than 10% day and overnight domestic travel.
