What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Analyst, Sales Operations Intelligence, you will be responsible for driving the renewal sales process and ensuring customer retention. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze sales data, develop strategies, and implement processes that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our renewal sales operations.
You will:

Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improving renewal rates.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize the renewal sales process.

Collaborate with sales teams to provide quoting and booking support, acting as a trusted advisor.

Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to renewal sales.

Essential Requirements
