The Boomi Senior Analyst, Sales Operations, works to provide pre-sales and/or post sales operational support. This role can touch all aspects of the sales cycle, including order fulfillment, document delivery, customer/order issues, data hygiene and data quality inspection and management. 


The individual will need to listen, collaborate, and communicate effectively with internal customers to complete tasks that help support the sales process, data quality or any sales operations task within the RevOps organization. The ideal candidate has broad business skills, service oriented and a commitment to customer and sales satisfaction.   


We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support our growing sales organization through deal management, operational execution, and Salesforce (SFDC) expertise. This role ensures data integrity, delivers accurate reporting, and streamlines processes to enable smooth day-to-day operations.


The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in SFDC, spanning both reporting and backend functionality, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where timeliness and responsiveness are critical. Detail-oriented and proactive, they bring a proven work ethic, the ability to follow structured processes, and the willingness to roll up their sleeves to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage strong working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), including reporting, dashboards, data loads, and core administrative functions (e.g., role hierarchy, and user management) to support day-to-day Sales Operations work.
  • Maintain Salesforce data hygiene and oversee Sales Operations case management, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely resolution of data or process issues.
  • Support the development of visualizations and reports that provide sales teams and leadership with actionable insights into trends, pipeline health, and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to core sales operations activities, including pipeline tracking, territory assignments, performance monitoring, and commission-related validations.
  • Review standard deal structures and perform quality checks at later stages of opportunities, ensuring deals meet all criteria before moving forward.
  • Research and resolve customer, order, or data issues, delivering timely and accurate solutions.
  • Follow and improve internal processes to accelerate deal reviews, ensuring SLAs are consistent.
  • Manage the sales operations queue, which may include:
    • Account creation, moves, and merges.
    • Data quality reviews and validations.
    • Clari provisioning.
    • Updating user profiles for approval hierarchy and team alignments.
    • Creation of quotes or opportunities based on internal requests.
    • Research, analysis, and follow-up tasks to ensure timely deal execution.
  • Partner with Sales Operations colleagues to analyze data, identify insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Provide after-hours support during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end periods to align with US EST time zone commitments.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in Sales Operations, with exposure to Deal Desk/Deal Management or similar functions supporting a mid-to-large scale, multi-geographical hi-tech Sales Organization.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), including reporting, dashboards, data management, data loads, and familiarity with permission sets, profiles, and role hierarchy.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as CPQ, e-signature solutions, Xactly, and Clari is highly encouraged.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling); working knowledge of the broader Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Ability to follow and enforce written guidelines, policies, and standard sales processes with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify and communicate complex data effectively.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with proven organizational and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Shift – 4 PM to 1 AM IST, should be flexible to support in rotational shifts & PST hours shifts during quarter-end as per business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Exposure to Geopointe or other territory management/mapping tools.
  • Familiarity with forecasting and sales engagement tools such as Clari, Gong, or similar.
  • Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) Case Management / ITSM or similar ticketing systems.
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company would be highly beneficial
  • Understanding of how the SaaS business model works
